Shopping of orders

We offer shipping of our orders via Australian Post and Federal Express (FedEx) to all the destinations within Australia and globally our products are delivered wherever there is a normal delivery service of FedEx. Every order is fully insured in transit. Once the package is delivered to you, the insurance coverage of GemTrove ends. GemTrove decides the shipping and insurance cost for all jewellery based on the value of the item. At the time you place the order, the exact shipping costs for countries outside Australia will be provided. According to the country and the value of the order, the shipping costs vary.


Upon acceptance of delivery, insurance and protection of merchandise becomes the sole responsibility of the customer and GemTrove shall not be held liable for any loss, theft or resulting damages that may subsequently occur.


Time period for shipment

If you place your order on a regular business day within working hours, your order will most likely begin processing that day. And if the order is placed on a holiday or after working hours on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.


An estimated shipment date is calculated based on the approximate number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order. For all available products, the estimated shipment date can be provided on request.


The customer will also be informed by email on the email address provided by him or her as to the shipping, delivery or pick up from showroom (by appointment) details once the customer has finalised the goods. Also Gemtrove will provide the tracking number of the shipment which can be tracked at the relevant shipping company.


Delivery details

You have to provide the delivery address while placing the order. Our delivering agent usually delivers the goods to the respective delivery address and you will be requested to sign the delivery note. If in case the delivering agent is unsuccessful in delivering the goods to the address you have provided, he/she will be issuing a delivery address to collect the goods. In such cases, you need to collect your goods within 5 working days from the time you have received the notification. Your goods will be supposed to have been delivered to you successfully if the time period of 5 days gets elapsed. Thereafter, the returns can be made as per the “Return Policy” of GemTrove.


We advise you to supply a delivery address that is not accessible by third parties in your purchase order. Hence in order to avoid doubts, if the goods are delivered at your delivery address, it is supposed to be delivered. The same applies when it is the case when the goods are collected at the collection address as given by our delivering agent.


We always sent goods with signature required. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that an adult who is authorised to sign for the package is available at the designated shipping address.


GemTrove does not offer delivery to a P.O.Box.

GemTrove does not ship to an alternative delivery address.

With any shipping company, please ensure that you do not have a signature release. If you have a signature release, there are chances that the package is left at your doorstep, considering it to be delivered. Please note that this will not be insured under loss or theft.


It is a good practice to inspect the merchandise upon receipt. In case the box is damaged, open the package and inspect it in the presence of the delivery person. The packages are insured for loss and damage. Please call us the moment you find any damage to the merchandise on +61396639001.

Alternatively, Orders can be collected from our showroom, as long as this has been informed to us before the time of confirmation for shipment. Once the shipment has been confirmed, the order cannot be collected in person. The person collecting the order must have a valid government identification proof.
