Our Delivery Process

All GemTrove products are available for delivery Australia Wide (Please contact us on +61 3 9663 9001 / to place your order if outside of Australia, we may or may not ship internationally). We offer to ship via Australian Post and Federal Express (FedEx Shipping).

At GemTrove we estimate the shipping and insurance cost for all jewellery based on the value of the item.

When you place an order outside Australia - the exact shipping costs for countries outside Australia will be provided. Shipping costs will vary according to location.

All our products are high value. Therefore we take extra care in our delivery process. For your luxury purchase to be delivered correctly, it must adhere to our delivery standards. At GemTrove our delivery process requires that you:

  • Provide the correct delivery address
  • You or the addressee must be available to sign for the delivery
  • If you are not available, you have five working days to collect your goods from a designated Post Office
  • After five working days, returns can be requested via our “Return Policy.” 

Safe Delivery Practice

We want your product to reach its destination safely. Every order is fully insured during transit. However, once the package is delivered to you, the Gemtrove insurance coverage ends. Upon acceptance of delivery GemTrove will not be held liable for any loss, theft or resulting damages. To ensure your order is received carefully we recommend these precautions:

  • Use the delivery address that’s not accessible by third parties
  • Have an authorised adult to sign for the package
  • Don’t use a signature release

If your package has been damaged upon arrival, it is insured for loss and damage. Please contact us immediately to report any damage to your merchandise during the delivery process.

A package with a signature release cannot be covered by insurance. A signature release means your package can be left at your doorstep and marked as delivered. Once it has been marked as delivered, it would be under your responsibility.

Alternatively, orders can be collected from our showroom. To have your package delivered to the GemTrove store you need to inform us of the confirmation of your shipment. If your shipment has already been confirmed, it cannot be collected in store. The person receiving the order must have valid government identification.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Orders placed on a regular business day within working hours will be processed on the same day. If the request is placed on a holiday or after business hours, it will be processed the next day.

There will be an estimated delivery date calculated (EDD) when you place your order. The EDD will show the number of days required for processing, packaging and delivery of your order. You can also request the EDD for all our available products.

All details of your order will be emailed to your nominated email address. This email will give you a detailed receipt of your shipment including EDD, delivery address or in-store pickup details. We can also provide you with a tracking number relative to your chosen shipping company.

Make a lasting impression with our luxury gift packaging. Have our packaging staff decorate your purchase with beautiful gift wrapping. We offer complimentary gift packing for all our products.
